SHIPPING

1. Do you ship to my country?

Yes, we ship worldwide .


 
2. How much does shipping cost?

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $100. For orders under $100, a flat shipping fee of $7.99 applies.

 

3. How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Total delivery time = processing time + shipping time 
(Please note this does not include delays due to customs, weekends, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.)
Processing Time: 2-5 business days
Standard Shipping Time: 7-12 business days

PS. For orders to South America and the Russian Federation, shipping may take more than 1 month due to transport and customs issues.

 

4. How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. You can track your order at https://www.17track.net/en. Please allow 1-2 business days for tracking information to update.

 

5. What if the package doesn’t arrive?

If your package hasn’t arrived within 60 days of shipment, please reach out to us at contact@mail.whimsydiy.com. We’ll gladly send you a replacement or issue a full refund.

We accept all major credit cards and PayPal for your convenience.


2. Who is responsible for custom fees and import duties?

Each country has its own customs regulations and policies. For detailed information, please contact your local customs office. In the rare event that import duties or taxes are applied, the customer is responsible for covering those charges.


3. Can I cancel or change my order?

If you would like to cancel or make change to your order, please contact us within 24 hours after you made the order. Please note that once your order moves into the shipping preparation stage (usually after 24 hours), we’re unable to make any modifications due to our fast fulfillment process.
